About Tara
Our kennel manager, Tara, has been with Parkland Kennels for over 20 years. She manages the daily routine of the staff and cares for the cats and dogs. Tara successfully competes in obedience trials as well as enjoying family time with her cats and dogs.
She has been serving as the fulltime groomer for cats and dogs for the last 16 years. Her grooming technique is to be calm and gently for even our most worried clients. You can travel with confidence knowing your K-9 or feline are getting the best care anywhere.
“Whenever I call, even within a few weeks before a major holiday, they always have the room to accommodate my three large breed dogs. The facility is always clean upon arrival and the staff is very friendly. When my husband and I return to pick up our dogs, we sometimes get the chance to see them outside in a giant fenced pen playing with each other which I highly appreciate. I have previously been to prior kennels where they keep dogs inside the tiny kennel the entire time. But at Parkland Kennels, they allow your dogs to interact with each other in the giant pens outside. Thank you for always taking care of our pups!”
